HotelRefund provides a free automated hotel price monitoring service. By forwarding your booking confirmation email to booking@hotelrefund.net, you authorize us to compare prices across major booking platforms on your behalf and notify you when a cheaper option is found.
We monitor hotel prices across major booking platforms until your check-in date. If we find a lower price that matches your booking conditions, we notify you via email with the details including the platform, price, and a direct link. You can then choose to rebook at the lower price or file a Best Price Guarantee claim with your original booking platform.
HotelRefund is completely free for all users. We earn a small commission from booking platforms when you rebook through our links. This commission is paid by the booking platform — you pay the same price whether you book through our link or directly.
Links to booking platforms included in our emails may contain affiliate tracking. This does not affect the price you pay. We are participants in affiliate programs operated by Booking.com, Agoda, Expedia, Hotels.com, and Trip.com.
While we make every effort to find lower prices, we cannot guarantee that a cheaper option will be found for every booking. Hotel prices are dynamic and subject to change at any time.
You are responsible for ensuring that the booking confirmation you forward to us is accurate and that you are the authorized booker. You must not forward bookings made by or for others without their consent.
HotelRefund's total liability for any claim arising from use of the service shall not exceed the service fee paid for that specific booking. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
You may stop using the service at any time by emailing booking@hotelrefund.net. We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service at our discretion.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
